Christmas 2010 @ home in Nebraska

Christmas 2010 was fairly low key. On Christmas Eve the kids and I went to the family service at our church to see the story of baby Jesus. And that evening the kids got to open their stockings. Daddy stayed home to rest.

Christmas morning we opened our presents. Santa left presents for the kiddos-Jonathan got a gumball machine and Johanna got a Christmas princess book. I made Johanna a bunny stocking hat and Jonathan's collection of Calvin & Hobbes books is now complete.

The Johanning's ventured north to Nebraska this year for Christmas. Mah, Pops and Uncle Allen arrived on Wednesday evening. Uncle Stan, Aunt Jenn and Cousin Jake came on Thursday. We opened presents in the afternoon and had a lovely dinner in the evening. The kids enjoyed playing with their new gifts and spending a few days hanging out with the family.

Thanks to all who made Christmas 2010 so great!
